What is Nutritional Therapy?

Fed up with feeling under the weather?
Feeling bloated or unable to cope?
Do you think your diet is not helping?

Nutritional therapy may be for you….

Nutritional Therapy can help you to identify your nutritional imbalances and understand how these may be contributing to health symptoms.

We use a combination of our clinical expertise and biochemical testing to help you make changes to address these imbalances and to support the body back to optimal health.

A typical programme may include suggestions to support optimum energy levels, healthy blood sugar balance, a positive mental outlook and/or an efficient digestive system.

Prior to your consultation you will be sent a questionnaire to complete. Your initial consultation will last for 90 minutes, and you will leave with a personalised Health Optimisation Plan. This will include dietary and lifestyle changes that we have agreed together. We will also arrange any necessary tests for you to complete.

Follow-up consultations lasting 45 minutes are generally conducted four weeks later to check on progress and monitor the effectiveness of the program. A complex case may require a longer follow-up consultation.
